Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Forge (forge.arimailabs.com), operated by Arimai Labs, collects and how it is used. Forge is a set of free online tools: QR Forge, Dynamic QR, calculators, a blog, and further tools (OCR, PDF tools, a bank statement converter) that are planned.
1. Using the tools without an account
QR Forge (QR code and barcode generator and scanner) runs in your browser. The text, links and images you enter, and the camera frames or images you scan, are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers. QR Forge keeps your scan history in your browser's local storage on your device only; you can clear it at any time.
2. Accounts
Some features, such as Dynamic QR, need an account. You sign in with your email address through Supabase Auth. We receive your email address and the account identifiers Supabase creates.
3. Dynamic QR
For each dynamic QR code we store the destination URL, the name you give it, and counts of scans. We do not store the IP address or user agent of people who scan a code.
4. Blog and analytics
Blog analytics are aggregate daily counters (for example, how many times a page was viewed per day). They use no cookies, and we do not store IP addresses, user agents or visitor identifiers for them.
5. Files you upload (coming soon)
OCR, PDF tools and the bank statement converter are not available yet. When a tool that processes your files launches, the files will be processed only to deliver the result you asked for and will not be kept beyond that. This page will be updated with the details of each tool when it goes live.
6. Payments (coming soon)
Paid plans are not available yet. When they launch, payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider. [PLACEHOLDER: provider name and exact data shared will be added before paid plans launch.]

8. Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and our database, and may process technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
- Supabase provides authentication.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own.
9. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the account data and Dynamic QR data we hold about you by emailing akaidahmedarshad@gmail.com. Local data in your browser can be removed by clearing site data.
10. Children
Forge is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
