Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Forge (forge.arimailabs.com), operated by Arimai Labs ("we", "us"). By using Forge you agree to them.
1. The service
Forge offers online tools including QR Forge, Dynamic QR, calculators and a blog. Further tools (OCR, PDF tools, a bank statement converter) and paid plans are planned and are not available yet. Features may change, and we may add, limit or remove them.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account created with your email address. Keep your sign-in access secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Forge to break the law, to distribute malware, phishing or deceptive content, to infringe others' rights, to interfere with or overload the service, or to attempt unauthorised access. Dynamic QR codes must not point to unlawful or harmful destinations. We may disable codes or accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create or upload. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the features you use. You are responsible for having the right to use that content.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans are not live yet. When they launch, prices, billing periods and payment processing by a third-party payment provider will be shown at checkout, and our Refund Policy will apply. [PLACEHOLDER: pricing and billing details to be added at launch.]
6. Accuracy of results
Tools such as calculators, OCR and converters can produce errors. Check results before relying on them, especially for financial, legal or medical decisions. Forge does not provide professional advice.
7. Availability and disclaimer
Forge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Dynamic QR codes depend on our service being available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from your use of Forge. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using Forge at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the service is discontinued.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Arimai Labs' place of operation, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. [PLACEHOLDER: specific jurisdiction to be confirmed.]
11. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
